Motivational teaching: engaging young people in learning behaviours

Applying complex theories of motivation to teaching practice is challenging. Drawing on ideas from the new book Motivational Teaching, this session offers an original perspective on motivation that will help teachers of young people respond to this challenge. We will do a fun thought experiment to reveal how motivation can be raised, gaining theoretical and practical insights into motivational teaching.
